Head Chef Kaylinn Tshabalala has created a feast of flavours that begins with a decadent Twice Baked Cheese Soufflé with grappa cheese sauce and parmesan.
The main meal consists of the unforgettable Sunday Beef Roast, served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. Rounding it all off is a delicious Deconstructed Carrot Cake, served with stewed sultanas, apricots, lemon cream cheese and ginger ice cream.
